We loved staying here! Perfect for our big family to enjoy a getaway together and have so much space! The location was wonderful and we really enjoyed the beautiful beach! Will stay again!

I know this is a new listing and so I really want to give a thorough review so you can make a solid decision on whether or not to book this property. Let me start with the pros of this property. First, the location is absolutely magnificent; literally right on the beach. If you were any closer to the ocean you would have to have a canoe or a life vest. It is within walking distance of so many amazing restaurants, playgrounds for the kids, ice cream, and more. You also have two parking spots right in front of the property all to yourself. It is quiet street without much traffic and we felt safe to let the kids ride their bikes. The house interior was also beautiful. The couch was super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, the décor was pretty, and there were plenty of towels, and the porch furniture was comfortable as well. Now, lets talk about the cons. When we arrived, the king side bed on the top floor was just sitting on a queen size metal bed frame with the middle of the mattress sagging all the way to the floor. If someone had laid down on the bed they would have been folded up inside like a taco. We notified the host and she was quick to respond and a box spring was delivered the next day. We had to set up the bed that was still too big for the frame and so the box spring and mattress remained on floor for our entire stay. In addition, we began having problems with the Wifi immediately. None of the TVs would work (since they couldn't connect to the internet); we ended up using mobile hotspots so our kids could do their online school and so the TVs would work. On our third day there, a person was sent out to fix the Wifi; we advised them that we would be home in 20 minutes and would meet them there. When we arrived, the internet worker was exiting our property. That made us pretty uncomfortable considering we had valuables at the house and just expected more privacy especially after having directly told them that we would be there in 20 minutes. We let the owner know of our reservations and she didn't seem particularly concerned. The following day, we discovered roaches under the trash can and refrigerator in the kitchen. An exterminator was called and we waited at the house for him the next morning. On the last day we were there, we still found a live roach on the coffee table in the living room. Finally, after several days of cold showers in the basement shower, we discovered that you have to let the water run for a LONG time before it will get hot. Finally, thanks to good friends and the beach, we enjoyed our vacation however we would have enjoyed it more without the added stress of the accommodations.

The house was great. We all felt like we had plenty of space, not on top of each other. We had four adults, three teenagers and two smaller kids. Being on the beach was the best and the house was close to everything.
