We are repeat visitors to Ethan's place and it is our go-to when we are in Philly visiting our Arcadia student. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Great walkable location to shopping and eateries in Jenkintown. Clean and we appreciate the pet friendly accommodations including a fenced in backyard! Thank you Ethan.

I would recommend this place wholeheartedly, particularly if you’re looking for some privacy in the suburbs. The place is easy to upkeep. Cable internet is fast and reliable. Amenities are all there. Easy place to pick up your own supplies and eat in. As an old colonial though, not ideal for accessibility (if one has limited mobility).

Really cozy home. Ethan is a great communicator. Really appreciate him letting us stay at his place with two kids, two dogs, and a cat while we were in transition from one house to another. Not many places would accommodate a family such as ours. The private backyard was perfect for the dogs! No parking on the premises but it was easy to find parallel parking in front of the house 80% of the time, and the other 20% was close enough as well. All in all, Great stay. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!!!
