Great for extended stays. I was here for 3 months. Ideal location right next to canal trail and only 1 mile direct walk to old town Scottsdale. Condo has everything you need including fast wifi. Ed and Sue were very helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend staying here.

I mainly communicated with Sue. She was pleasant and made it possible for me to check in a day earlier than initially planned. Everything was easy. The condo was comfortable, and the back porch was peaceful to sit outside. The view of the courtyard was beautiful, and the neighbors were friendly. There are many places around the area to walk to and all the shopping, restaurants, and bars of Old Scottsdale are right around the corner. Sue supplies everything you would need to stay a while. Pot and pans, plates, silverware, spices, water, paper towels, trash bags, ziplock bags, cleaning supplies for the condo and to wash your clothes, sheets, towels, blankets and etc. She even supplies soap, shampoo and conditioner. I was in need of nothing except for my own groceries. I'm a travel nurse and was there for a month. Hopefully their place will be available when I return. I have stayed at many different places in Scottsdale, but this condo is a must if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and at the same it’s a walking distance to all great restaurants and shopping centers. Thank you Sue and Edward for allowing me to stay at your place, I had a wonderful time and will be back.

I stayed at Ed and Sue’s place for almost 3 months and I cannot say anything but great things about my experience! The place was clean, close to everything and had everything I needed. The communication was amazing. If I needed anything Ed and Sue would respond quickly, answering any questions I had. If you’re on the fence about booking this place, jump off that fence and do it! You won’t regret it!
