The serious issue with this property is the bathrooms. The master bedroom & bath are lovely. The 2 other bedrooms are very small and share a half bath adjoining one room and the other across the hall. The shower bath for both these bedrooms is on the main floor (the bedrooms are on the second floor) in the foyer opening to the front door. The third bath mentioned in the listing is in the unfinished basement and was not usable. In summer this might not be as much of an issue. We were a group of 5 and it was quite awkward, especially for those showering in the foyer. Otherwise, the house is spacious and well maintained.

The house is even nicer than the photos. There are views of the ocean from every bedroom, and the kitchen! Montauk is awesome, and this house is a great spot to stay.
