Nice Interiors. Brand new furnishings and electrical equipments like Oven,Fridge,Washing Machine, Iron box etc. Neat Kitchen with clean utensils and plates etc. Mosquito proofing of the bathroom needs further improvement, probably the gap of the exhaust fan needs to be fixed which could easily be attended so that use of chemical repellent could be avoided.

I recently stayed at an Four petals that offered a well-maintained and comfortable room that met all my expectations. However, it's important to note that the location is in a suburban area. While the neighborhood was safe and quiet, it lacked the upscale vibe some travelers might be looking for. There were limited options for fine dining or high-end shopping nearby, which might not appeal to those seeking a more luxurious locale. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable and cozy place to stay and don't mind a more down-to-earth neighborhood, this is a solid choice. It provides good value for money, especially for those who appreciate a more authentic suburban experience.

Freshly renovated,well organised,aesthetically designed.Fully equipment with all living essentials.Non-interrupted internet,gas,hot water,aircon lift,fridge,microwave,washing machine,iron,hair dryer,easy access to the vegetable market,pharmacy,essential grocery stores.Walkable auto station to book a car to any given direction. Friendly caretaker and easily reachable host. Peaceful evenings,its residential area,so no much noice .Daily cleaning. In overall will recommend to anyone either for short or extended stay.Excellent choice

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment in residential area. Lots of small shops around the corner including food and snacks. If you like to stay in urban area and life of Navi Mumbai, then I can definitely recommend.
