We enjoyed our stay at Casa de paz. Bit of a walk into town, but we found a shortcut across some wasteland and we had a car for the times we didn’t want to walk. The villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Suzanne was very helpful and responsive.

Great villa in a quiet area but close to Playa Blanca for shops and restaurants etc. Very clean and spacious and plenty to do for the kids. Would highly recommend.

Villa is in a nice quite residential location, although quite a walking distance from amenities. Villa is nice but kitchen is very small considering it can sleep 8 people, it has a small fridge with only a freezer compartment, there is also a very small drinks fridge on the patio, but could do with a bigger one in its place. Pool is small with a very high bottom step leading in, not really suitable for elderly people. The villa was very clean and comfortable with good included air-conditioning. The safe was rather inconveniently in the basement bedroom, personally I feel a villa of that size, should have a safe in the 2 main bedrooms as it’s not always a family that travel together. The shared drive is a bit tight for parking a large car, would be okay for a small vehicle, parking is available on the road. Plenty of out door space with lots of seating, bbq tray could have been cleaner. The host was very contactable and reacted quickly to my questions, overall a very nice stay.

The villa is beautifully laid out over three levels which worked for our group of six very well. Lots of outdoor space was also amazing - again over three levels so everyone had their privacy when needed. I’ve shared feedback with the owners privately about a couple of adjustments which could make the villa even more enjoyable and worth the expenditure. But bottom line is - I’d rebook it!
