The house is clean and well-appointed. The pictures and descriptions accurately describe this beautiful, large home. Although, only one side of 2 car garage was available as there was a truck in it. We were disappointed in the communication. All messages were automated, definitely not personal. One asked us to bring trash cans out on Tuesday morning even though we were leaving Monday. No reply when I responded as such. On Sunday night, an unexpected winter storm blew in leaving a couple inches of ice on the roads. At 7:00am I asked for an extended checkout for roads to clear up a bit. No answer. At 8:01am we received a generic checkout text message. I called the number provided and reached an answering service who said someone would call me back. By 9:20am, when I had not received a return call, I called the number again. I finally reached someone who said they were just getting to calls received over the weekend. He said he would give us an extra hour for a $75 fee. No thanks!

We took a family vacation from Florida and this was the perfect house. We felt right at home even with a few little ones running around. Picures do not do this house justice. I would recommend this property to anyone thinking about getting away. Beautiful mountains in the backyard. Close to everything. Will definitely be back.

The home was everything we expected and more ! The host was so sweet and very responsive when we needed anything. The view in the back yard was breathtaking and the area was very peaceful. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area to book with Stacy- she’s the best host I’ve had in all of my many years of using Airbnb !!!
