A really great stay for my family, and both the pups. Ted & Amy were responsive the entire time with any questions we had. Everything was described exactly as is. It was truly a great stay! Thank you Ted & Amy. I would definitely consider going back and staying here again.

Overall, it is a cozy home close to many hiking trails. It is very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. However, from our point of view it is a little old fashioned and especially the bathrooms could need an update. But you can see that it is well maintained. The hosts are excellent and fast responding.

Terrific place. Large, airy house with plenty of seating, bedding, counters, etc., fireplace with wood, large deck, private yard, etc., all just down the road from Franconia park and so much beautiful wilderness, trails, mountains, etc. To cap it all off, it's just a short walk down the road from Robert Frost's house, which is pretty cool.

Points positifs. L’arrivée était claire et facile. La maison est vraiment bien grande pour 4 personnes, belle décoration, l’espace très bien aménagé, rangé. On a apprécié la pièce séparée pour la télé, pour la table à manger, la vaisselle est très soignée. Canapé très confortable. La cheminée, pour faire un feu était dépaysante. Les bais vitrés donnent beaucoup de lumière et une belle vue. Le haut parleur avec un très beau son pour la musique. Des livres très intéressants pour découvrir la région, beaucoup de belles choses à faire. Points négatifs, il y avait des poiles de chiens un peu partout. Le bruit incessant de deux routes très fréquentées en journée était insupportable, on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres ni s’asseoir à l’extérieur, heureusement plus calme la nuit.

Location was amazing, private location! House had lots of space and meant our needs. We did see a bear, which was very exciting!! The beds were comfortable. Only thing to maybe note: is it is an older home with older appliances and kitchen cupboards were a bit of a mess. The house needed a good dusting. Overall we had a great stay.
