A group of 10 friends, our kiddos, and a dog celebrated NYE 2024 at Juniper Acres. We had a great time! The house accommodated our needs well in terms of number of bedrooms, bathrooms, a large kitchen and family room area, and a beautiful outdoor area as well. We enjoyed the fire pits outside & swing sets, as well as the kids books/toys they had at the house. Saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The basement was a fun space for the adults to ring in NYE. The house is close to Shenandoah University River Campus where we went for a nice run by the river and Bears Den where we hiked on NYE. Only critique is that some of the beds were only so-so on the comfort level.

This property was wonderful for our group. Unfortunately it rained most of the time but the space/location and scenery were amazing. We would certainly recommend this location and would return again.

Great location a short drive from breweries and wineries, only an hour from DC. House was nicely renovated and very clean and comfortable, but outdoor furniture and yard needs a bit of TLC. Overall, great weekend for our group of a dozen.

Incredibly spacious and comfortable. This stay was very peaceful, serene, and perfect for a group getaway. The views were stunning and there were plenty of different areas to spend time admiring the scenery. Plenty of clean and comfortable linens and towels. Absolutely would stay here again!
