Arrival and Parking Upon entering our welcoming residential village, simply turn right and then left onto Viale Macedone. Before you know it, you'll discover Villa E21, conveniently located on the right side. Park your vehicle effortlessly and free of charge right in front of the villa - it is convenient for you to unload your luggage and settle in. Outdoor Oasis Your journey begins as you traverse a garden adorned with swaying palm, yucca, aloe and captivating succulents (mind the thorns!). This enchanting path leads you to a spacious covered patio, offering a world of relaxation and enjoying food al fresco. Go up just one step and you will find a generously sized dining table, six wrought iron chairs, a cozy two-seater sofa with accompanying armchairs, and a charming little round table for intimate moments. Indoor Comforts Stepping indoors, you'll be greeted by a welcoming living area, adorned with canvas photos of my travels, thoughtfully furnished with a smart TV, an extendable dining table, a fireplace, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The villa also boasts a bedroom with two sofa beds and a well-appointed double bedroom (linens and towels provided). The kitchen, complete with a fridge and oven, awaits to realize your culinary fantasies, while a master bathroom bathroom ensures all convenience. Your Reserved Courtyard To the rear, a courtyard awaits your pleasure, featuring a table and four chairs with armrests, a large umbrella, and two adjustable sun loungers for your relaxation. Adjacent to the courtyard, a fenced garden with a 1-meter-high net provides a safe haven for children and small pets, offering hours of play and joy. Comforts For your comfort, all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Air conditioning (cooling/heating) and 3 fans are readily available to cater to your temperature preferences. In the summertime, the club house with swimming pool, amphitheater for shows, bar and restaurant with pizzeria come into operation, as well as a market and a church where Sunday services are held; furthermore, the licensed lido is equipped with beach areas having beach umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers, a beach volleyball court and a boat garage, supervised by lifeguards.
