great guy, lovely place, easy access to everyting. 4th floor no lift for people who can't do stairs, but this is typical for istanbul , so for us absolutely no problems and it was great. apartment has a lovely view, a lovely balcony and we would happily return here every time ))

Kemal's property is super nice. Ten minus you will be at the tram station or Taksim Square. Many restaurants nearby. Apartment very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony probably is the best in Istanbul. Every day my family couldn't get enough of the sunset view from the balcony. Oh, there are many cute cats around the apartment building, my daughter loved watching and playing with adorable kittens! Kemal was always prompt in responding to messages from the moment I sent booking inquiries to the minute we left Istanbul. After we got to Cappadocia we realized that we left some stuff in his property (well, we were distracted by the million dollar view on the morning of departure and didn't do our usual walk-around!). Kemal retrieved the items from the cleaning lady immediately then shipped them to us out of his own pocket. Thank you Kemal for your kindness! I highly recommend Kemal and his apartment for your stay in Istanbul.

This penthouse unit offers the best view in Istanbul! You'll enjoy hanging out on the large, private outdoor patio overlooking the Bosphorus and the cruise ships lined up below. There's also a private rear deck off the primary bedroom of this floor through unit. It is centrally located close to many great restaurants within a short walk up or down the hill. The hosts were proactive with messages and details about your stay, were waiting in person to make sure we got checked in, and were available throughout our stay to answer any questions and offer local recommendations. We loved our stay with the million dollar view! The only word of caution is that there is no elevator in the building so you need to be ready to get your stair workout every day!
