Great location. Cute decor and I really wanted to like this house but It needed to be cleaned better which lead to an ant issue in the kitchen and bathroom. Leaking bathroom sink and broken clothes dryer. Fun games (cornhole) in the back yard and nice landscaping but the outdoor furniture was in disrepair. This house has a lot of potential so I’m hoping the owner is able to make the necessary improvements to help this place be a great rental.

Very lovely house! Incredible mid-century furniture. I slept with the deck door open as the beautiful ocean breezes caressed me to sleep. It’s the perfect little bungalow.

Loved staying at this cozy house. Great location for a quick drive (or walk) to the beach if you don’t have young kids with you. Backyard is adorable and had some games for our kiddos to play. Plenty of things to do and restaurants nearby. You’re also right next to Carlsbad if you want to hop over there. Awesome place to stay and we will definitely come back on our next visit to Oceanside. We loved it, thank you!

It’s an older house but the inside was nice enough and the backyard was perfect for hanging out and grilling. There was an ant problem inside and I saw a lot of ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Also the dryer took over 3 hours to dry clothes. Very old washer & dryer and should probably be replaced. It was also inconvenient that the house didn’t have any cooking essentials like oil or spices. However there were enough pans and dishes, but I don’t remember seeing a pot. It was close enough to walk to the main strip and get dinner. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet.
