Westwood is a rustic town with a fair bit of charm and great access to Lake Almanor, a network of rivers, and the mountains. We enjoyed our long stay. Carol was great to work with and was a helpful communicator regarding expectations and needs.

I really appreciated the fenced yard for my dog, and the extremely quiet neighborhood. The house was easy to find, and there was plenty of room inside and outside. Reminded me of my grandparents' house a bit!

Carol's place is comfortable and clean. The place is fairly basic and very dated. The pictures and description were accurate. Check-in was easy. The location is convenient, close to lake Almanor and just 50 mins from Lassen. I was happy that Carol lets you bring your dog!
