Stayed at Nicolas and Mirkas place for a little over a week and found myself in a comfortable studio space with all necessary amenities for a longer stay, and that, despite being on the 1st floor, had natural sunlight that hit the spacious balcony around noon. The location is ideal to explore the city by foot or Le Vélo and and very close to the vibrant neighbourhoods of Noailles and Notre Dame du Mont. The street that the apartment is facing can at times be noisy but the nights are usually quiet. Both Nicolas and Mirka were friendly and responsive, especially when the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the beginning, and willing to help. Clear recommendation.

très bon rapport qualité-prix. Juste si vous voulez dormir tranquillement il faut fermer la baie vitrée (malgré la chaleur)car le soir très bruyant à cause des gens qui squattent l'entrée de la résidence.
