Amazing
This cozy condo was exactly as described. Super comfortable, clean and has all the amenities one can possibly require. Nekesha, the host, is extremely responsive and helpful. We felt comfortable and safe in this gated building and would certainly return. I especially loved the personal touches done in the apartment. It’s super modern and definitely cozy. 10/10 recommend.
Second time in 3 months that I was in trinidad, staying at the cozy condo again was an easy decision to make. Nekesha is a phenomenal host and the apartment is beautiful and safe. She is a deserved superhost!
The place was great. Clean, comfortable, and modern place that’s close to the mall and other amenities. Check in was pretty easy and the host was super accommodating despite late check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Arouca Gardens is a peaceful neighbor which situated at a junction where the bus route and the Eastern Main Rd intersect. The Arouca Police Station is located directly opposite Arouca Gardens. There are a variety of shopping conveniences, within walking distance on the Eastern Main Rd, such as grocery stores, restaurants, street food vendors, a gas station, a popular and a new constructed mall, and banks.
Guest can hire a driver or rent a vehicle (Welcome book page 24). Parking is available on the compound, and on the street. There are cameras installed and they are positioned to cover the property and the street.
