Noisy cramped building. Owner did not take care of their water bill & water was shut off. They ruined our plans & made us wait for maintenence. Hot water heater broken & only works on low low water pressure. Airplanes sound like they are landing in the pool. Shakes the whole building from 4 am to past midnight. Pool attend. allow screaming children at the pool. Fire alarms go off at least 5 times a day. We were told 6 fit here, they don't. Not even close. Can't eat together. Very tight quarters & cramped. Size of a walk in closet w small rooms. Uncomfortable broken bed frame. Doesn't fit the matress, so you fall off. No microwave, which is ridiculous. The refridgerator provided is tiny & inconv.. It's also on some styrofoam so it makes an obnoxious disturbing squeaking sound everytime you open & close door. Think fingernails on a chalkboard. Owner promised a discount, then tried to bait and switch. Sink overflowed because they didn't maintain check their grease trap. Worst rental ever.

the host Ms. Jenn is very responsive. place is nice according to my family who stayed there and very near to some establishments. definitely staying again if given the chance.

I’m rating this based on the feedback I got from my family members who stayed in the unit. I have stayed in her unit before and had a good experience. But during the stay of my relatives, they said the cleanliness can be improved. Also, they told me that there were no blankets in the unit, thus, some of them didn’t sleep well. I also reported that the door knob/lock is broken. I’d still recommend to stay at Ms Jeni’s place because I know that these things will get addressed for future stays!
