The place was okay, you get what you pay for. The sheets felt dirty and I found a hair on them. Hosts were attentive. Check out tasks were a bit excessive.

The trailer is SUPER CLEAN! The decor is boho and cute. The linens were fresh and clean. There are 3 split unit AC’s which is nice and the house cools down when you have three on. A few critiques: the area is a bit run down and very noisy. The was a party going on next door and the surrounding neighbors leave their dogs out at night and they bark incessantly. I didn’t get much sleep due to this. It would be great if the house were stocked with a few more kitchen necessities and bathroom necessities. A home away from home set up is always appreciated, that means we can pack less and avoid having to run up to Walmart to buy things and then schlep them home. These aren’t big deals but would be nice if they were added. The owners were very nice and responded quickly. One annoying thing is the cleaner came before I checked in and didn’t leave the AC on so the house was BOILING when I came in and took a while to cool down. My suggestion would be to keep the AC on when a guest is checking in

I have never been in a trailer home, but I was super impressed with it. It was like a small private apartment. Very clean and comfortable. One might feel uncomfortable because of the way it looks when you are pulling up to the location, but the area is not too bad. There is a big Walmart within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!
