Richard was a great host and provided clear instructions prior to check in. The flat was lovely and in a really good location. Would recommend to others.

I stayed at Richard's lovely flat for a night. It was a great choice - very comfortable, roomy and plenty of natural light throughout the flat. Very close to Balham underground station (around 6 mins walk). Richard was super kind and helpful, as well as responsive and flexible in terms of check-out times. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit London!

Richard's place was easy to find, super clean, really quiet and affordable. Richard is so pleasant and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place to stay! I had trouble figuring out what day I needed to stay and Richard was extremely accommodating, patient and understanding. Very kind person, very responsive I never had to worry about being stranded without an answer, the room was clean, cozy, private and peaceful! Thank you Richard :)
