We had the best stay at Antonio’s villa. The villa is beautifully situated in a lovely neighbourhood with sea view. The villa has been renovated and decorated very nicely with lovely details and everything is stylish. The rooms are spacious. All rooms have access to a terrace and every terrace has its own cosy seating area. Even if you’re with two families everyone has their own place and privacy. All equipment: from kitchen, to the bathrooms and pool area is perfect, clean and spacious. Last but surely not least; Antonio is a very nice and welcoming host. He has recommended us nice trips and places to go and was very helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend this villa for your stay at Mallorca.

fantastic house and host, all perfect. the house is huge, with more bedrooms than I can count. the view is exceptional, the sofa and large tv are great, as was the outdoor areas. highly recommend, I hope to stay again

Tolle Villa in ruhiger Lage, wunderschöne Umgebung und Aussicht. Sehr großzügiger Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit nagelneuer Ausstattung. Sehr freundlicher und jederzeit hilfsbereiter Hausherr. Schöne Badebuchten in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr schnelle Erreichbarkeit von Palma. Der Pool eignet sich gut zum Schwimmen und ist - wenn es nicht zu kalt und windig ist - angenehm beheizt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Beautiful house in great area. Close to beaches and restaurants. Nice rooftop patio, our kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi up there, but equally the pool area with warm water outdoor shower. Antonio was very friendly and proactive in providing support and recommendations. Can recommend using the kitchen pre-stocking service he recommended.

The house has been beautifully remodeled with all modern conveniences and an abundance of outdoor space and natural light. There is plenty of space inside, making it comfortable for two families, especially since each large suite has its own ensuite bathroom with an individual air conditioning system program. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with an induction stove. The outdoor space is exceptional, offering amazing views, especially from the top-level terrace. The house is very child-friendly; our kids loved the pool, which also has an extra kitchen. The water quality was great, and there's space to park three cars behind a gate. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, golf, restaurants, and shops. It's in a very quiet residential area near Palma or Playa Illetes. Antonio and Magdalena, the owners, are welcoming hosts and much easier to deal with than agencies, unlike some other houses we've rented. We will definitely come back.
