The whole essence of air b and b -!! done to perfection -as a regular traveller and user of air b and b this accommodation goes where many do not - extra detail and attention to give you a perfect stay-the decoration and furniture is so comfy and colour coordinated -the bed allows a great rest and sleep and the facilities ,well just look at them -thier time and thought they have put into this lovely accommodation is second to none -I would like to keep this a secret -but it’s not now !!! Finally the hosts are reassuring and friendly to give you the stay you dream about -

The most amazing lodge - spotlessly clean, really cosy, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, hot tub was brilliant and finally Maria and Bill were so warm and welcoming. Will 100% be returning!

Had a fabulous weekend for my husband’s birthday. Maria and Bill gave us such a warm welcome. Pleasantly surprised with the welcome gifts in the lodge. So thoughtful. The lodge was perfect. Having the sauna and hot tub just made our weekend even better. Enjoyed the local area having a lovely meal at the local pub with a five minute walk away. We will definitely return and can’t wait to tell our family and friends all about it . Thanks again Maria and Bill for a lovely weekend xx

Returned home today and had to write a review immediately- if you are looking to book this, then do so now and dont carry on looking elsewhere! Immaculately presented but also feels really homley. Maria and Bill are just the nicest people, and so helpful. Outside area is idyllic and the hot tub and pics dont do it justice. Easy to find with no windy off roads on the way etc. As well as stunning lodge its worth noting there is a pub just up the road for food, but the marina is a 45 min(2 mile) walk which is gorgeous with loads of places to eat, outside sitting in the sun which is gorgeous. They have everything in the lodge you can think of, even supply dressing gowns, slippers, and towels for hot tub! Perfect weekend for my boyfriends birthday, thankyou Maria & Bill, we will definitely be returning! :)

In all our years renting air b and bs I don’t think I’ve ever had such a wonderful welcome! Maria and Bill made you feel part of the family. They showed us around the accommodation and were keen to help us make reservations after a day of puffin watching and sunburn. The sauna and hottub are a luxury touch and the lodge is both spacious and well equipped for everything you may need. The marina is within walking distance, but its location is far better for exploring the surrounding areas. We had a wonderful time and will be sure to rebook when we’re next in the area!
