I coordinated with Nikoo to book this stay for my mother and her 3 siblings visiting from out of town- they had a marvelous time and couldn’t say enough good things about the place. Here is my mother’s review: This gem of a home with its exquisite garden is a mini paradise. The house is elegant, tastefully decorated, and comfortable, with a beautiful primary en suite bedroom on the top floor, two good-sized bedrooms on the middle floor, and a lovely sitting room, dining room and newly renovated kitchen on the ground floor. The landscaped backyard with patio and comfortable chairs is an idyllic place for morning coffee, an evening cocktail or an afternoon buried in a good book. None of us wanted to leave! Nikoo is the most generous, caring host imaginable. She welcomed us when we arrived, and she and her husband could not have been a more helpful team. Also the refrigerator was well stocked with snacks and beverages. Thank you Nikoo, for showing my family such a lovely time!

The home, neighborhood and garden are spectacular. We stayed for a week while work was being done on our home and we almost did not want to leave. Nikoo is a gracious, responsive and an outstanding host. We highly recommend this property.

In a beautiful quiet neighborhood, the Townhouse was well located to explore Delaware and Pennsylvania. The courtyard must be lovely in the warmer weather. Restaurants, tourist attractions and other amenities were also nearby. The house was well appointed and Nikoo went above and beyond with toiletries, linens, and food amenities, even providing ice cream treats. Our one caveat is that there is no powder room on the main floor so the property may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

This is a gorgeous, recently remodeled house. Best location in Wilmington. We felt at home! Nikoo was very responsive and helpful during our entire stay.
