Outside the hut is a large decking area with a table, chairs & BBQ/fire pit. In summer sun loungers and a hammock are available. The Hut is south facing, in an acre of our large part-walled paddock/garden where you are free to wander and spot wild flowers or just relax, taking in the many views. Muntjac deer, buzzards, red kites, pheasants, red-legged partridges, ducks, a semi-resident tawny owl and rabbits share their homes with us - you may be lucky enough to see them! The immediate locality is abundant with wildlife including roe deer which can be spotted in the fields along the lane at dusk. Sheep and cattle graze in the fields nearby. Your own private car park is next to our house. From here, the hut is just a short stroll away, down through our little orchard.

We had a such an amazing time at Kates place! It was nice and peaceful, super tidy and clean, and Kate was extremely helpful and attentive! There was also anything you would need - in my boyfriend’s words “how can they fit so many amenities in one place!” We will definitely be returning!!
Kate's hut is absolutely wonderful. This tiny hut is very cosy, has a beautiful view and you will find everything you need in this lovely hut. This is the perfect place to discover Cotswold. After a long walk you can rest on the warm and cozy terrace. We will miss this beautiful place after spending a week in the hut. Kate is a wonderful host and always up for a chat.
