Pros: -outstanding communication -great location and walkable to most places in south Boston -had all the amenities I needed -mostly clean Cons: -is smaller than it appears in photos -Front door code was the same to my bedroom which lead to some concern about who could access the room while I was gone. -used towels were left in the bathroom on the cap of the toilet and shower door when I checked in around 4:30-5pm -guest came in and out all night leading to a lot of noise. Overall, everything went well and even the cons are just things to look into. But I had a place to sleep and keep my stuff. I will say that I looked into other rates and options at some pretty nifty hotels and would have gotten a similar price for a lot more privacy.

The problem with the place was that they had a window AC unit even though it's toward the end of October, and it was cold out. Furthermore, the unit was secured with screws so I couldn't take it out of the window. It had duct tape along it seems, but you could hear every car that went by. Furthermore, I was freezing in the night and there were no extra blankets. I texted to ask for a screwdriver but no one responded and so I got no sleep from the noise and from being freezing cold. I think this makes the situation absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the bathroom was not clean and was actually disgusting. If the bathroom had been clean, and the window AC unit was not in the window, and they were extra blankets, it would've been perfectly adequate.

You get what you pay for. Cheap bed at great location. Southie (the surrounding neighborhood) is fun with a lot of bars, restaurants, cafe shops, etc. One great spot is literally across the street and it is a busy surrounding. This is both great for the proximity of night life but also a downside before of the noise late into the night and early in the morning. The room is very rudimentary not even drawers for your clothes and the community amenities are also very basic. Tiny bathroom/shower and very basic kitchen. But that what you expect booking the place, and this is why it is so cheap. Overall, decent value for the price, but tiny and basic- you get what you pay for! I personally liked it and will book it (or something like it) again. But it is not for everyone.

Everything was perfect about the place except for the way that it was kinda cold one night because the air conditioning unit was in the window but everything else was great
