Kaela was a wonderful host. She was always available to answer questions and would return voicemail or text messages promptly. It is a beautiful home and likewise beautiful yard, gardens and view of Puget Sound. We hope to visit again soon.

Kaela is super responsive whenever needed. I hesitate to say too many great things about the amazing house because I want to keep it as a best kept secret! Very remote and private so if you want to be in the middle of “action” this place is not for you. That being said, action can definitely be found in Ballard just a few miles to the north.

This is a duplicate review for the same place I stayed at before and extended my stay by a month. That’s how much I liked it. It’s magical and Kaela is a great host.

The location is absolutely magical, the best views of the Puget Sound, very private and spacious. Extremely charming historical log cabin with great garden, comfortable furniture and amenities, fully stocked for longer stays. Bordering a great park and with private access to the water and right next to Ballard, Fremont, Queen Ann, downtown and all other interesting neighborhoods. Sounds of birds, sea lions and watching ocean was my every day ritual during my stay which I liked so much I had to extend by another month. Kaela was a great host and communicator, she was on top of any of my questions and requests and I couldn’t wish for a better stay, I would give it 10 stars if it were possible.
