Cyn's place was very beautiful. It was nicer than it looked in the pictures even, very spacious, comfortable, and clean. All the details were very thoughtful, fresh water & snacks were plentiful and overall it was lovely. However, there was one thing that really should have been communicated that wasn't-- there is an alarm system, a REALLY intense one, that went off when we arrived. Granted, we arrived at 10pm, but we did tell them that we were arriving then and they could have either turned it off or at least told us about it. When we pulled into the driveway to park a loud woman's voice came on the speaker and said that we should return to our cars and that the police were on the way and then a very loud siren began. My 8 year old thought we were getting arrested and started having a panic attack. The alarm continued and when I called Cyn no one picked up and we actually left. Eventually we got in touch & went back & the whole thing happened again. It wasn't a great way to enter.

Very nice room, Bill was very responsive. Also they provided water, coffee, tea and snacks!

My husband, daughter and I were in town for a family wedding and Cyn's place was perfect. We could walk to everything in downtown Burlington. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is tastefully remodeled. The outdoor spaces are gorgeous but it was a bit chilly to enjoy them. There is an outdoor wrap around porch, a garden area and a huge backyard that goes up the hill. Two minor items to note- the pull out couch is just that and not very comfortable and although there were pics of granola, the "breakfast" was more like snacks in suite and yogurt and coffee. No big deal for us as we had wedding events but good to note that there are snacky foods (candy, cheese, yogurt, etc) but not a substantial breakfast. Overall, awesome place to stay!!
