Looking for a little R&R? Look no further than Ringer Ranch! Welcome to our 50 acre charming custom craftsman farmhouse nestled in beautiful Melqua. Enjoy the quiet tranquility while still just being a short drive into town. Located just 5 minutes from Melrose Vineyards and many other vineyards along the Roseburg/Umpqua Valley wine trail. The Umpqua River access is approximately 5 minutes away. We invite you to bring the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The home: It is a two story 2,000 square foot cozy craftsman farmhouse. There is one bedroom and full bath on the main floor, the other three bedrooms and full bath are located up stairs. The home is accessed by stairs in the front and the back so please be aware of the accessibility. The main floor also includes the living, dining, kitchen and laundry room. In the kitchen you will find all items you need to cook and prepare meals. You can also access the coffee/tea bar and help yourself to a warm cup! In the laundry room you have access to our washer and dryer, feel free to use the detergent! In the bathrooms we have provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap just in case you didn’t pack your own. In the chest in the living room you will find some games to enjoy with friends and family! Personally, I recommend a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning to enjoy the view and peacefulness and in the evening a cup of tea on the porch to do some stargazing. The land: During your stay you will have full access to the home (excluding the basement) and the immediate yard areas surrounding the home. You will find the ranch is still active and there will be cattle ranging in the 50 acres of pasture before you. So we kindly ask that you DO NOT enter the areas where livestock are to keep them and yourselves safe. There is also an abundance of wildlife in the area; don’t be surprised if you see deer nestled in the backyard for a morning snooze and a rather cranky hummingbird that visits the porch. If you are bringing pets, please me mindful that coupled with the livestock there are the potential of predators in the area so please don’t let them wander.
