Jacqueline’s apartment is away from the crowds visiting Varenna but only a short walk to the restaurants and sites. The apartment was stocked with a generous amount of food and had a nice kitchen which is separate from the living area. The beds were firm like a lot of European beds. The views from the terraces are amazing!

Vakkert hus med spektakulær utsikt. Gangavstand til alt i Varenna. Veldig fine uteområder. Ligger i enden av en rolig gate.

This home is beautiful! The view WOW! Outside patios WOW! The stone work makes you feel like you are in a castle. Pellet stove was amazing for our chilly nights getting back. Kitchen had everything we needed. It is its own entrance first level. Second level is living area with two comfortable pullout sofa beds with bathroom and entrance to patio, third level is bedroom with patio that has steps down to 2nd level as well as to kitchen 1st level. We were two moms 50’s with our 3 daughters 21, 26, 28 it was an amazing stay. Jacky was wonderful to work with. Accommodating with early arrival, recommendations for restaurants and even supplied us with taxi numbers. Also was able to set us up with the bakery to order a cake since we were there to celebrate my daughter’s 21st Birthday. We arrived by train. 20min walk to home (up hill) ferry station right in town which we took to menaggio, Bellagio and Como city (fast ferry) we will definitely stay again if we return. PERFECT isn’t enough ❤️🇮🇹

Casa riparata e tranquilla dalla quale poter godere di una bellissima vista del lago di Como. In pochi minuti di camminata si raggiunge il centro del paese. Nei pressi della casa ci sono dei bellissimi sentieri di varie difficoltà. Jaqueline è stata molto disponibile ed ospitale. Torneremo sicuramente!

Absolutely perfect home for our family’s first visit to Italy. Such a kind host; grateful for the pasta and breakfast foods and warmth! Amazing views & location to enjoy so many points in Lake Como.
