Nice clean apartment in the heart of Chain Town. Stayed here for a month while visiting friends so only used it as a place to sleep. The apartment is basically a hotel room and is therefore quite small. and the kitchen was very small and not good for cooking meals as such But adequate to prepare a snack. Also noisy on the balcony with the constant hum of air conditioners but perfectly quiet once closed and inside the apartment. All in all a nice small apartment in a busy part of the city.

Adriano was a great host and responded quickly to every request. It was also great that I was allowed to have a later check-out! The location of the Airbnb is very central, the light rail station Chinatown is right in front of the building and a shopping center with Coles was nearby. Because of the location it was unfortunately quite noisy in the evening/night. We had a great stay at the Airbnb!

The unit seemed to be a hotel room sold as a condo and then made available on Airbnb. The location was great with several streetcar routes right by the entrance and the central train station just 10 minutes away. Communication and check in were great. The view was great as it is high enough and the other tall buildings are far enough to maintain privacy. Blackout curtain worked well to sleep in. There was some manageable noise from outdoors during the day and occasionally the corridor but no noise through the walls. Cleanliness was good. Furniture was a bit dated but serviceable. Kitchenette was very small but usable for basic frying, boiling, microwaving with some difficulty. Washroom was good. In building washer and dryer each cost 10AUD but in room drying rack was available. WiFi internet was provided by the hotel and had speed between 1 and 30 megabits/sec with regular interruptions, sometimes for minutes at a time. Overall not a luxury place but seemed a good value for the price.
