Win allowed early check in and had clear instructions posted on the fridge. The fresh milk was delicious and the cottage was clean and warm. The beds were comfortable and the speaker was a great touch.

Everything was great. Place is beautiful while not being isolated. Very clean. The yard and chickens were beautiful. And if it was not cold, we definitely would have spent time on the cute patio with the table. The sliding doors face into the yard and away from the hosts house, so it feels like there’s a lot of privacy and natural beauty while being in the middle of town (in a really nice way). Hosts were very generous and available, but didn’t interact too much and gave us a lot of space. They left homemade pumpkin bread and eggs for us!

Win and Anne are fantastic and very considerate hosts. They welcomed me with big smiles and home-baked banana bread! They were attentive to anything that came up during my longer stay here. They were also very respectful of privacy. The cottage definitely is larger than it seems from the outside and fits all the needs for extended stay. The neighborhood is refreshingly quiet while still located just some streets from downtown part of Northampton. Highly recommended place to stay!

We stayed at "Cozy Cottage on small intown farm" for an entire month. The cottage was perfectly equipped with all that we needed, with a wonderful view to the landscape and sky. Easy access to local highlights, yet the place was quiet. Win and Ann were the most amazing hosts, we hope we can stay there again.

This little cottage is a sweet retreat while still handy to everything the area has to offer. Win and Anne are lovely hosts. A traveler couldn’t do better!
