Pros: large space and # of bedrooms. It felt safe and there is a parking lot nearby that is easily accessible. In general things worked fine. Beautiful view from the pool area Cons: it is on a tiny side street that was nearly impossible to turn around on after we drove past it since there were no instructions on finding it. They offered a tiny garage to park in but it was easier to just park in the large lot at the top of the hill (short walk). The inside is dated and a bizarre layout on the first floor. The water heater in one bathroom and room heater in one bedroom made very loud noises at different times. The showers were incredibly small. The location, while seemingly close to many things, is minimum 2km-4km from any restaurants and so requires a car or other transportation. Ultimately, it served its purpose, but do not think it was worth the price paid.

Excellent place for a large group like ours. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool is a massive plus, considering the hot temperatures during summer. Great location, pretty close to the main highways, downtown Naples, the airport, etc.

As a large group of 13, the house was spacious (except for the kitchen). The villa had beautiful views. The pool was a plus with the extreme hot weather.
