Tessa’s apartment is beautifully decorated, everything works and there’s plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is very well stocked and all the appliances worked well. It was an easy place to stay, we walked around the local neighborhood and found some nice cozy cafes, plus the Westfield shopping center is about a 15 minute walk away and has every shop you can think of, plus lots of restaurants. Also very good pubs nearby. Tessa was very friendly, helpful, always responded and made us feel comfortable contacting her. We came in rainy winter weather, so didn’t get a chance to use the lovely outdoor terrace, but it really adds to the space.

Es ist ein hübsches Häuschen etwas außerhalb in Zone 2. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrssystem ist sehr gut, die Straße rauf fahren verschiedene Buslinien und einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt sind die U-Bahn-Stationen Shepards Bush Market und Shepards Bush, sowie das Westfield Shopping-Center. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Für zwei Erwachsene und einen Teenager war der Platz mehr als ausreichend. Für manch einen mag es befremdlich sein, dass es im Hauptschlafzimmer zum Badezimmer/Toilette keine Türe gibt. Tessa ist supernett und war uns im Vorfeld sowie vor Ort eine große Hilfe und immer erreichbar.

All in all we were happy to be close to our daughter's place. Accomodations were spacious and inviting. Close neighborhood corner store and all the rest close by. Great Restaurants, grocery store and public transport. Out of respect and politeness to the host, I did mention privately that there needs to be a seasonal deep clean and maybe some fresh paint. We always paid close attention to those details when we were Superhosts on airbnb ourselves. Whenever we travel or use airbnb, we expect accommodations to be as clean & comfortable as our own home. We just stayed at a beautiful Villa in Spain and was 5 star, so comparing to that. Tessa was accommodating and very communicative.

Tessa was great host, constantly following up and checking in with us to ensure we are comfortable. It is unfortunate that the previous guests left the place very dirty which resulted in late check-in for us, aswell as a rushed cleaning by the hired Cleaning company- which resulted in an unpleasant check-in experience Understanding that this was out of Tessa's control, she was kind enough to compensate us for the trouble and tried to ensure the rest of our stay was enjoyable. having said that, the location is very convenient, walking distance from Public transportation stops, the house was beautiful, well designed, and comfortable for us- aside from the check-in process we had a great stay

If I could rate Tessa's place 10 stars, I would. Tessa - as a host - is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Her home was the highlight of the trip for our family. It was incredibly comfortable for our 3 kids with a crib, travel crib, private bedroom for the biggest of our littles, a cute ball pit, a bathtub, and lots of room to run around (apologies to the downstairs neighbor who is incredibly kind and patient). The attention to detail that Tessa has paid to this home in designing it is just unmatched; from the furniture, to the custom drapes, to the way the lights are placed in the kitchen to light up the cabinets when you open the door. IMPECCABLE. The location was unmatched. close to so much great food, markets, train stations, playgrounds, grocery stores, and a mall! Tessa - thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. looking forward to booking with you again!
