Feel like you are right on the coast with the rustic, coastal aesthetic throughout the stay. There are 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed each, plenty of clothing storage, and a 3rd bedroom, with a sofa-sleep couch, that can also serve as a private office space with a desk and desk chair. You will find 1 full bathroom that has been stocked with amenities and linens for your convenience. You can easily prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with a complimentary coffee and tea selection. Enjoy your dishes in the breakfast nook or in the cozy dining area. This space makes for a great game table or place to socialize while enjoying your meals. The open-concept space also extends into the living room with the smart TV - great for lounging after a long day! The Great Tide was the perfect home base to explore Port St, Joe and the surrounding area. It was comfortable, clean and well stocked. The location is within walking distance to downtown restaurants and activities, and just a short drive to several beautiful beaches. As an added bonus, our dog loved the fenced in yard ! I would highly recommend a stay!
Wonderful home in a great location! The host was extremely responsive to any questions and/ or concerns. The fenced yard was perfect for our pooch. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and so convenient to walk downtown to all the great PSJ restaurants. A lovely town, lovely accommodations and professional, responsive host. Definitely want to return.

The cost of thos location should not be mote than $175/night. The 2 bedroom and 1 bath home reminded me of the ghetto housing on the north side of University Ave in Gainesville. the week prior inpaid $192/night for a brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath house with an In Law Suite that had a separate sitting area, kitchen, bath and bedroom in the Windmart North DR Horton Development. Everything in Downtown Port St Joe closes at 5 pm. leaving only a few restaurants and bars open. there is really nothing to do in this town except veg on a beach and at home. I do not recommend for families looking for a great location. if your blowing thru town and can't find a reasonable rate, this would be your last resort at an elevated price compared to other properties. I would of preferred to pay $400/night fir something betterand on the beach. the house is outdated and sitting on a tilt or slope. Will not be staying ever again

Our neighborhood is full of other charming beach cottages and offers a quaint and quiet atmosphere. The home is centrally located in the heart of Port St. Joe, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. You will be close to lots of outdoor activities, food, and entertainment options, including walking trails, live music, dining, shopping, the Sea Turtle Museum, the historical Lighthouse, and St. Joe Bay.
There is free parking onsite. Walking or driving are the best ways to get around. As we are centrally located, guests can easily walk to many of the restaurants and stores downtown. Please note that currently Uber and Lyft are not available in our area.
