We offer this atypical property for rent. It is an old renovated property that will offer you all the comforts (including free Wifi). It consists of a large villa of 140m2 where you will enter a large living room decorated with a period style, class and sober. You will find tables, chairs, sofas, flat screen and the stairs leading upstairs. The kitchen benefits from modern equipment (oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, American fridge, filter coffee maker, teapot, toaster) and a kitchen kit for the 1st night only (1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwashing tablet and a kitchen towel) will be at your disposal, except for kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) which will not be provided. You will lack nothing to cook good dishes. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms with double beds and storage units and a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper. Also available in the villa: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom and bucket with mop, drying rack and dryer. You also enjoy the Loft where you will enter a beautiful living room composed of a living room, an open kitchen and the mezzanine with the bedroom. In the living room we have installed a sofa bed, a flat screen, storage units, a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee maker. On the mezzanine is the comfortable double bed and the modern bathroom. In the loft you will find the following equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, television, equipped kitchen, gas hob, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, teapot, vacuum cleaner, broom and bucket with mop. Outside, the garden opens onto a superb terrace where you will find tables, chairs, barbecue and the SPA which operates all year round! Very pleasant even in cold weather! Arrive with peace of mind in our accommodation. We take care of the cleaning of the house before and after your arrival, especially with the new sanitary standards.
