Our family had a wonderful stay at Arun's place in Dwarka. The location was perfect, and having parking available was a huge plus. The house was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, especially the fully stocked kitchen. Arun was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a convenient and cozy stay in Dwarka!

Arun’a place was acceptable but I will layout the pros & cons: Pros: 1. A nice apartment with two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The living room was large with plenty of room to stretch out. 2. There was fresh milk left the refrigerator. 3. There was a water filter in the kitchen. Cons: 1. Both beds were hard. I prefer a softer bed. 2. The kitchen doesn’t have any hot water. The bathrooms does have hot water but not enough for a full shower. There are 5 gallon buckets (& scoops) provided to catch the excess hot water. 3. You are close the airport, so expect some overhead flight noise. 4. There is caretaker for the building whom stops by way to often & doesn’t speak any English. There has to be better less intrusive ways for the trash to emptied. 5. The TV boxes didn’t work. It said, it was out of credits. 6. The apartment needs a deep cleaning. Dirty ceilings fans, cabinets had dirt & dust in them & the trash in the kitchen needs a good scrub down.

We loved our stay in this place. Excellent service, location, the host is very communicative. There is a caretaker who is available 24/7 . Whenever we needed him he was there. The place is very clean and well equipped, with great furniture, and amenities. Perfect to stay with your family. We would love to go back and stay if we go back to Delhi again

Arun was a great host and always ready to assist. The house caretaker Ashish was very sober and always ready to help. The apartment at 4th floor where we stayed was tastefully done up. We didn't have too many extra requirements and whatever amenities the apartment had was sufficient for us. Arun was prompt to buy a new Air Purifier based on our request while booking. Overall, after a hectic trip around US and after long flights from Las Vegas to Washington DC to Delhi we were extremely tired for first few days but well recuperated there. I strongly suggest accommodation in this apartment if your work in around Dwarka area of Delhi. And thanks Arun and Ashish!! Wish you all the best....
