Loved the house, it was spacious and The backyard is beautiful! The location was great- nice and quiet neighborhood, a few minutes waking to Canal st. and we took the bus or the tram to French Quarter. The house located near the highway but when the door is closed you hear it vaguely. Austin was responsive and helpful!

Austin was so nice and quickly responded to all my messages. He accommodated me the best he could. This place looked small on the outside and then we walked in! So spacious, enough furniture for a family stay, nice outdoor furniture for nice weather or bad weather, washer and dryer was a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part. You can hear a little traffic but it’s not bothering. The house is kinda tucked away so it’s private.
