Big beautiful historic home created just for special get togethers! Located within 5 minutes walk from Linfield Univeristy and iconic 3rd Street in an area of both business and residential homes. The whole house is yours to enjoy! Located in the heart of Mcminnville on Baker Street, between Linfield University and Historic downtown Mcminnville, the neighborhood is mixed commercial and residential. There is definitely traffic noise to consider which is greatly reduced by 9 pm and we include sound machines in every room so you can get a good nights rest. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a beautiful fireplace surrounded by leaded glass windows and a large adjoining dining room. A group of 14 can all gather for a shared meal or game night around the large dining table. The kitchen is just beyond the dining room with a massive island and is a great area to gather. The kitchen is very well equipped with tools and gadgets galore. We have yet to have a guest request a cooking tool that is not already supplied. Feel free to ask if you want to know if something specific is available. All bedding throughout the house is from Simply Organic Bamboo. Sustainability and eco-friendly products are important to us as is luxury. We believe you'll love the buttery soft feel of the sheets, duvet, and hypoallergenic comforter as much as we do. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a desk/vanity, and its own full bathroom with a shower. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms (3 have queens, 1 with full bed) each with its own private full bathroom and small built-in desk that doubles as a makeup vanity. The 3rd floor has 2 more bedrooms (One room with a queen and the other with 2 twins) 1 more bathroom and a multi-purpose room with a kitchenette, refrigerator, and couch.
