Centrally located in the heart of southern Maine, 15 miles from the Wells Beaches, and a short drive from Ogunquit, York, and Kennebunkport. This is the perfect home base for day trips to many southern Maine attractions- including water parks, miniature golf, go carts, outlet shopping, and theaters. Local restaurants, bars, coffee, ice cream and neighborhood playground are walkable. Guests have access to our secluded outdoor area which includes a 6 person hot tub, available year round. This hot tub area is shared between guests renting the Top Bunk unit and Bottom Bunk unit. The new kitchen includes an oven and stove with a built in air fryer, stainless steel refrigerator, and all the basics you need to serve up to 6 people. Hardwood floors are throughout this bright and open living space, including a dining area adjacent to the living room and 47” Smart TV. There are two bedrooms (with a king and queen) and an office space with a pull out futon. The office space includes a dedicated desk area, high speed internet and is accessible from the master bedroom. The full bathroom has also been recently renovated and includes a double (fixed and detachable) shower head and Bluetooth speaker light. There is room for one vehicle in the paved driveway and free off-street parking. Brand new front load washer and dryer are located in the back room, off the kitchen area and are private to Bottom Bunk guests. We also rent the second floor unit- The Top Bunk Or book the entire Bunk House (with accommodations for up to 10 guests).
