We enjoyed our stay! The spa pool was amazing and definitely the highlight. Just to warn future visitors, it is semi-private as the flat is connected to the main house and their back garden is connected as well so it feels more like a room in the house than a separate unit.

The location has the Wow factor with a magnificent view down to the water and across to the Coromandels. There was a lovely area to sit outside. We drove to the coastline where there were many water birds on the sandy flat after the tide had gone out. Absolutely terrific photography opportunities, with many bird hides close to different bird habitats. The studio itself has a very comfy bed with good quality sheets. The bathroom was spacious and newish. The kitchenette is suitable to prepare simple meals. The main room has an at home feel. The host was very friendly and nice. I loved this place.

A beautiful, peaceful location with tremendous views. Our hosts were very understanding of our late arrival and made sure we were comfortably situated. A perfect location deep in countryside between Auckland and Matamata.

A nice little cabin with a comfortable bed and beautiful, relaxing outlook. It was perfect for our weekend away from the city, and to cycle on the Hauraki Cycle Trial.
