I am an active Potter and artist. South Canterbury is home of the famous Temuka Pottery and has some fantastic galleries and artists who are similarly inspired by our magical mountain and coastal scenery. Wine and food lovers can also indulge themselves with a tour of our local restaurants and vineyards. My husband and I share a passion for historic buildings and old things with a story to tell. We can give you a tour of the building to show you the gallery and mezzanine bar area which has displays of antiques and memorabilia and adjoins the apartments. He is the builder and cabinet maker and I am the designer. We love unique hand crafted historic buildings, furniture, classic cars and art. South Canterbury has many like minded people that you will meet on your travels. When hosting guests and friends, wholesome food and hospitality is how we show our love of people and welcome them to our special place.
