Ryan and Karen were wonderful hosts. We usually stay at a hotel when we are in the area, but you can't beat this nice little place for cleanliness, value, or amenities. We had two adults and three children and it was just right. The kitchen area is small, but just enough for what we needed. The bathroom has a surprisingly large shower and is nice and clean. The only thing we noticed that we hadn't taken into consideration is that you can hear the footsteps and water running from upstairs, but considering it specifically states this is a basement accommodation, that is not unreasonable. I think this is a wonderful place and would absolutely stay here again.

I was on a band tour from Florida to New York and this was the best place for a nice quiet night off. Beyond clean and comfortable. Id certainly go back while traveling through the area. Thanks again Ryan & Karen!!
