Our host was always immediately respond to any questions! Rules were super reasonable, the property is a modern gem, super clean inside and out. We did not have access to washer and dryer but we toured the beaches most of the time anyway! I hope the property is available again next year! Thanks Ricardo! The property is beautiful and comfortable. family and I enjoyed our stay!

It was a little difficult to find initially due to lack of street signs, but once we found it and learned our way around, it was fine. The home was clean and well supplied with essentials. It was very quiet with minimal traffic in the area. AC units worked fine. Walgreens and Wal Mart were close by and there are plenty of dining establishments as well as a nice shopping mall. Due to copious rain during our stay, we were not able to enjoy many of the activities available close by, however that's beyond human control and we actually enjoyed the rain, since we reside in Arizona where rain is infrequent. The sound of the coqui and the many bird species in the area made our stay special. Thank you Ricardo for allowing us to enjoy your home.

absolutely beautiful, the pictures didn't do this place justice. You have to see it in person. The Charm is the excellent home to experience the true Puerto Rican experience. Quite peaceful and at night u can feel an Amazing breeze while hearing the island coqui. Ricardo was extremely helpful and responsive when it came to finding the location despite it being 4am. He helped resolve any concerns I had. will definitely book this location again.
