房东非常热情愿意帮忙，在出门时提供新加坡指南什么的，也非常注意保持每个人的私人空间，不会打扰任何人，房间干净，一切东西都很齐全，厨房还可以做饭，都可以用他的东西，很赞！

A great place to stay for long-term travelers. Location is very convenient - close to public transportation, supermarket and food places, although a bit far from the downtown area (35-40 minutes away with MRT). Host is also super helpful and communicative :-)

Welly is a very nice and friendly host, his place is perfect for long or short term stays. The location is very convenient, near to Buangkok MRT and bus stop that direct to Ikea Tampines, Compass One Mall etc. We had a great 2 months staying over in his master bed room and a lot of privacy.

I stayed at Singapore Green Space for 28 days at a master bedroom. With a clean room(including independent restroom), convenient stores, and transportation nearby, I felt very comfortable and satisfied. In addition, his home is very tidy and fresh due to the high level storey, on 12th. Without any hesitation, I recommend his modern house to long-term and calm-lover traveler. ^^
