My stay at David’s place was beyond my expectations. The place was spotless, peaceful, spacious and right next to the beach. David was always responsive and kind. I would definitely book this place again!

David's place is amongst the tidiest I have stayed at in Ghana. The space has a beautiful beachfront view and David looks to be installing a pool so it's going to be even more scenic. We also had access to a grill which proved to be a lifesaver. The caretaker he had in place is passive aggressive and treated us like we were invading her private home. Basic amenities such as towels, knives, drinking glassware, cookware, etc. were unavailable or withheld by the caretaker (hard to know which it was). We didn't have internet access the entire time we were there, the TV didn't work and half the time we had no electricity as well. The home also lacked a kitchen, but there was a freezer, fridge, microwave and kettle and something like a rice cooker. The combination of the rude caretaker, absent host, lack of power and WiFi made for a rather unpleasant visit for us. Ultimately for ~$200/night it was a pretty raw deal so I wouldn't return.

The pictures do not lie, beautiful, clean and well positioned beach front property, service onsite was amazing however it is a private spot ideal for a quiet time so don't expect a rowdy night, restaurants and lots to do. There is a spot up the beach for drinks etc.. but not much happening. Take your own provisions/groceries as there no big shops but you can take a walk to find some informal traders that can help with basic amenities. The roads to the place are not good and worse when it rains so some uber drivers were very hesitant to come out there. Get contacts of a local taxi driver as they are always willing to assist when you call. Yaa, the caretaker lady, was a fantastic help. I would love to return and definitely recommend this place.

Really loved the place. It’s right by the beach. And it’s spacious and clean. The help is also very friendly. Road to the place is not the best but the place is worth the trip

SeaSidez Private Beach House was my revelation for the Easter weekend this year. I booked this for my family and best friend, and we all absolutely enjoyed it. The drive was a little bumpy and stressful. Googlemaps for some reason directed us wrongly, and we got some folks to help us find this hidden gem. My advice; use Sankofa beach house, and then go a few miles on that route. Better still, call David or the caretaker. They are very helpful. The house is basic and provides the necessary things you need. Bathrooms are clean and we advised David to provide towels. The compound is big and has lots of coconut trees, you'll love the ambiance. The beachfront is beautiful and serene. There were lots of games David made available to us. In short, it was a memorable weekend for me and my family. I would gladly recommend this to others looking for a not too far away getaway place. You don't have to worry so much about security either. They have an arrangement with the Police who come every night to patrol and have their own room on the compound to rest. We even engaged them in conversation. Try the SeaSidez Beach House out.
