This beautiful, Newly renovated guest home has been carefully designed to be a home away from home. Conveniently located within 10-15 mins of the NOS Event center, while also within driving distance of Big Bear Lake, Palm Springs, and Beach cities. At 420 sq. ft, this small home still comes with a full size fridge, washer/dryer in unit, and kitchen with full size stove. The rest of the space comes with a full sized bed, 43" smart TV, Love Seat, small dining table, and 24/7 security monitoring PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE BOOKING Please make sure you read and comply with these rules: -No smoking in the house (of any kind) ***We charge a $295 cleaning fee for evidence of smoking inside the property. So if you have to smoke please do so in the driveway away from the house*** -No pets of any kind, no exceptions -No parties inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM. --There is a noise level city ordinance. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation. -Maximum guests per reservation is 2. No additional guests after midnight. Any guests staying past midnight will incur an extra guest charge of $75 per person, per night. Check-in: Anytime after 4pm Check-out: 11am (unapproved late check outs will incur $150 late check out fee after a 15 min grace period) Kitchen: Full sized refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, sink, microwave, drip coffee maker, cooking ware, plates, cups, mugs, napkins, utensils, cooking spray, coffee (regular and decaf), salt, and pepper. Paper towels (2 rolls) are provided and should get you through most short stays. Longer stays my need to provide their own consumables. Washer & dryer: Complimentary washer & dryer with detergent & dryer sheets Towels: Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen rags are provided. Bathroom: Includes hand soap, and complementary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We provide 2-3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom to get you started, you must provide the rest for the duration of your stay. For your convenience a hair dryer, iron and, ironing board are provided as well. Cleaning supplies: Dish soap, dish sponge, trash bags, broom, a vacuum and mop.
