Overall quiet neighborhood, central location to where we needed to be, easy access to freeway. The space is as advertised, and overall clean. Beds are comfortable and the space is as described. We enjoyed our stay and our time there with family.

Very easy to find. Location was great. Easy access to I-15 and very close to a lot of restaurants. Grocery stores were not too far either. Parking was a little difficult. We had a bigger car, so to get into the assigned parking was a little bit of a challenge. People across the parking lot just would park their cars by the curb, so that would make it difficult to get in and out of the space. Just keep that in mind if you have a bigger car. There seemed to always be an empty free for all parking so it was fine. The beds were so comfortable and it was nice to have tv’s in each of the bedrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We really had everything we needed. We never had any issues so we never really communicated with the hosts. But their checkin instructions gave all the information you would need. Would recommend staying here for anyone visiting the Layton/Clearfield area. We have lots of family in the Davis County area, so we will definitely be back!

Wow!! This was my first time getting an Airbnb and Michael made it the best experience. I have an 18 month old, so traveling can sometimes pose this "unknown" factor... Will my baby sleep? Does she have enough room to play or spread out? Etc. All these factors melted once we arrived! Needless to say, this condo has given me peace and sleep and has allowed me to keep routine with my daughter! It allowed our family to feel right at home, the space is perfect, everything is so clean and tidy and uncluttered. The beds are incredible. The tvs are awesome. Truly, this place was home! The fridge is clean. Michael provided incredibly clear instructions for check in and check out. Seamless. I'll stay here Everytime I come back to Utah. Without a doubt! Great job!!

I stayed here for 10 weeks during a clinical rotation for school and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The townhouse has plenty of space, beds and couch were very comfortable, and space was perfect for me overall. The hosts were responsive when I reached out but very respectful of my space and time here. The backyard also has a great view of the mountains, which was a big plus as a midwesterner that loves the mountains.
