A beautiful villa inside the resort premises. Made us and our dogs feel very safe. very responsive staff and you can get delivery from zomato swiggy. couldn't ask for anything more. Price is justified. street dogs barking at night may bother some people, but it didn't bother me. interior is very basic but comfortable. guava trees on the property are a bonus!

We booked the villa but it was a horrible mistake. The owner has kept as pet allowed but kept nagging about if he will scratch the furniture. Even though we told him we cut pets nails. The balcony lights were not working. Wifi was intermittent. Reception nobody used to pickup. Charged us for Drinking water. No water was provided with the booking. One of the TVs was broken. No toothpaste or Dental kit was provided. No glasses or plates in the house . Overall really a bad experience.

Checked in late around 6pm for Tryambakeshwar while returning from Shirdi. Sharing review so that no one else gets through this particularly family. The house was very dirty (images shared with Airbnb of 👣 foot getting severely dirty and blackish walking in house)and staff admitted that it was under maintenance so they shouldn't have rent out in Airbnb wasting hard earned money of customer and spoiling trip . We booked a premium stay . Don't fall for Swimming pool picture. Swimming pool attracted us but again it is dirty and water not changed for last 15days Geyser doesn't work and bathroom had alcohol poured in so a strong smell of alcohol throughout the house . Bathroom was also not clean and had algae all over.Not good for family . kitchen doens't have gas connection but misleading post of kitchenette mentioned. staff is nice and supportive but again were helpless in under maintenance property.

The Reception staff and the Property were amazing. A must visit home if you are planning to visit Sula or Nashik.

The place is very peaceful. The attraction is the village around the place and many trees in the property. Staff are courteous. Breakfast and tea can be made complementary for the same price. Floors and furniture can be more clean. Bed sheets are very clean. Overall good experience.
