As others already mentioned, the place is a bit unclean. There were permanent stains on the sofas, and there was hair (from shaving) in the bathroom. There's a smell, but that's common in historical buildings. We planned on staying the night, but ended up spending 30 minutes there. Sergej (or the company owning it) expressed his sorrow for our troubles. Otherwise, it's a big appartment worth the price as cheap accomodation for groups.

Great, spacious apartment right in the centre of Novi Sad. Sergey was very helpful and responsive; everything was available on time and the check-in/out went smoothly.
