Our beautiful apartment is the perfect year-round vacation spot for large groups or families with children and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. As soon as you step inside the house, you’ll find an inviting and beautifully illuminated interior, furnished with a modern amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Take the comfort level up a notch and slip into the spacious living room area, enclosed with a cushy couch for you to snuggle up in. PROS: -Ingrid is a delight to work with! She is kind and responds mostly in a timely manner. -Very clean and tidy home -The kitchen has enough things in it to make it convenient for preparing meals for our family of 5. -The bathrooms had toiletries like shampoo and conditioner provided, as well as a hairdryer. -Plenty of linens and towels/washcloths -Close to Silver Springs State Park CONS: -The house had a musky, stale, old-cigarette type smell to it (hard to explain) that lingered the duration of the stay. -Would really love some chairs on the back porch to sit and enjoy the outdoors. -Would really love more furniture selection in the living room like more seating and maybe a coffee table to make it more comfortable for families with more than 3 people. ADDITIONAL NOTES: -The smart lock on the door is love-hate. I love that it’s very convenient/easy to use, but I hated downloading an app and creating an account. -The house is EXTREMELY minimalistic. Would love more homey touches.
