Perfect in so many ways. Mtn views & sounds of water flowing through the river was beautiful & relaxing. We found a picnic table on the river not far from the condo. There’s grass areas w/large trees along the river. Restaurants, groceries & favorite fast food is nearby, convenient & walking distance from the condo. Friendly & safe area of Provo. EVERYTHING is new & the condo did NOT have any weird smells - big plus for me. Large spacious rooms. Plenty of organized shelves & storage for luggage & clothing. Beds are new & more comfortable than my own. Linens are new & so comfy. Pillows are perfect. Love the washer/dryer; full kitchen; large refrigerator; oven/stove; dish washer; large sink; dishes & Goodcookware; separate living room; private bedrooms; double bathroom sinks, which are separate from the toilet. The condo is 100% yours & private - NOT shared. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you Amy & Elicea. Our stay was perfect. Condo was clean & everything we could have ever imagined.

Well worth the price paid with all the amenities you need and great location. Loved walking the dog along the Provo river. Will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here during the Summer of 2023, so when it came time to pick a location for Winter 2023, the decision was easy!
