Cozy, bright place to stay right in the heart of Overland Park and very close to downtown Kansas City. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower piping hot. There was garage for the car, a well-equipped kitchen and a snug living-room. I would definitely return. Thank you, Cheree.

We took a long weekend to see my daughter perform a gymnastics competition in Overland Park and see the area. The townhouse was quiet location central to all the things we wanted to do. Enjoyed the clean space with comfy comfortable furniture. I would definitely recommend a stay with host Cheree and Fred.

Great stay! Super clean, affordable, great location. I had to cut my trip a little short and alter my dates but cheree accepted the request with no hassle whatsoever. Very appreciative of this host!
